Challenge
After years building from a very analytical and operational perspective, the challenge was to open a stage that also integrated creativity, identity and a more visual way of telling what I am living.

Turn the move to Barcelona into a narrative project: text, photos and short videos documenting a more creative, aesthetic and personal stage.
Result
Barcelona becomes a starting point to explore a more creative version of my work without losing the structure, systems and operational vision that define how I build.
Life in Barcelona
After living in London, Munich and Madrid over the last few years, Barcelona marks a new personal and professional chapter.
A change of city and rhythm
Over the last six years I have lived in very different cities. London taught me how to move in international environments. Munich gave me structure, discipline and a very analytical way of working. Madrid was a stage of building, relationships, projects and execution.
Now Barcelona appears as a new stage. Not only as a change of city, but as a change of energy. A city that invites you to look differently, slow down when needed and reconnect with a more creative part of yourself.
A city to reconnect with creativity
For a long time my work has been closely tied to operations: systems, processes, CRM, automation, reporting, sales and performance. That way of thinking is still part of me, but Barcelona is allowing me to recover another layer that was always there: the artistic side.
Walking through its streets, living near the sea, observing the architecture, the light, the spaces and the mix of people brings new ideas. Barcelona has something that pushes you to create, look more closely, capture moments and transform experiences into content.
Between analytical and artistic
This chapter represents exactly that mix: someone very focused on building systems, but who also needs to express, create, experiment and tell stories in another way.
It is not about leaving the operational side behind, but integrating it with a more sensitive lens. Continuing to build projects, but with more aesthetic intention. Continuing to think about growth, but also about identity, narrative and culture.
A new chapter
Life in Barcelona begins as an open stage. A place from which to keep working, connecting with people, building projects and exploring a more creative version of my work and life.
The images and videos in this project document that beginning: a city, a decision and a new way of being present in what I build.
