Vixiees: giving the product visibility and finding the sales angle

As COO and head of partnerships at Vixiees, I helped the market understand at a glance what the product solves: prioritizing what the market asked for with product and development and turning it into clear sales angles.

Challenge

The market had to understand at a glance what Vixiees solves. The customer pain was clear: leads who leave their details and nobody contacts them, and sales teams where every rep works their own way.

Solution

Listen to the market to decide with product and development which capabilities to show (voice and WhatsApp AI agents, the "Design my playbook" assistant and the MCP integration), align product, marketing and partners on one message, and tell it through a weekly series of short videos with two sales angles.

Result

One message for product, marketing and partners, a weekly video series that turns each capability into a concrete sales angle, and a radar to detect real demand in the Spanish-speaking market.

At Vixiees I worked as COO and head of partnerships. A big part of that work was making sure the market understood at a glance what the product solves, and that the whole team went out and told the same story.

Context

The customer pain was clear. On one side, leads who leave their details and nobody contacts them. On the other, sales teams where every rep works their own way.

The product already addressed those problems, but having the features was not enough. We had to choose which ones to show and how to tell them.

Priorities with product and development

Listening to what the market was asking for, we worked with product and development to give visibility to three capabilities:

  • Voice and WhatsApp AI agents, which contact every lead within minutes and book the meeting.

  • The "Design my playbook" assistant, which builds the team's stages, tasks and contact sequences together with the sales director.

  • The MCP integration, so the agents work with the tools the customer already uses: Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Grok, Google Calendar, Slack or WhatsApp.

With those priorities clear, product, marketing and partners went to market with one message.

The message: Sales on Rails

The core idea is that the problem is almost never the team. What is missing is a system that makes sure the process is always followed the same way.

Vixiees guarantees continuous, consistent contact with every lead, so the team can focus on the ones that deserve it. We called it "Sales on Rails".

Two sales angles

To take that message to market we built a weekly series of short videos, minimalist in style and told from the business owner's side. We worked on two angles:

  1. No lead left unanswered, with the AI agents.

  2. The whole team follows your best rep's process, with the playbook.

The first video was published on LinkedIn and X.

Case videos

  • No lead left unanswered

Listening to demand

Alongside the content, we set up a radar of posts from companies looking for this kind of provider in the Spanish-speaking market. That way the go-to-market is not based on assumptions, but on real demand.

Result

  • Product, marketing and partners share one message.

  • The features we show are the ones the market asks for, not a list of everything the product does.

  • A weekly video series that turns each capability into a concrete sales angle.

  • A radar that connects the go-to-market with real demand in the Spanish-speaking market.
